Payment
- I accept all currencies but USD or PHP is preferred- I accept payment thru PayPal only currently- I will need your contacts so I am able to update you.- I will need a clear digital unshaded reference sheet or description of your character. A bio is optional.- I will need full payment upfront. but down payment is negotiable.- I will need a description of what you want on your commission.
Work and Updates
- I will only start working once I am paid.- I do first come first serve so you might need to wait a bit- I will send a sketch and will only continue working on the line art once I receive an approval of continuation. This implies to line art, colored, or full commissions.- I will keep you updated if I've done progress on yours. If it's been over a week and I haven't done any updates on the current progress nor didn't give any stated reason as to why, kindly ask by sending a message.
Restrictions
- You're not allowed to remove the watermark.- I will only draw clean artworks. 18+ or mature contents upon request will be turned down.- I will turn down your request if it involves hate messages, slanders, politics, religion, controversies, etc.- I am unable to draw detailed weaponry, clothing, machinery, and armory.- You are to not rush the artist. Deadlines may be given depending on the situation.- I cannot ship or mail artworks at the moment.- I will turn down your request upon resetting your commission once I start working on the line art. This is why I ask for an approval on the sketch before
proceeding.- You are not allowed to use/pass your commission commercially without the artist's consent.
Cancellation and Refund
- If I have surpassed the line art or coloring state and you request that the full commission is to be canceled, I will take the payment that is priced on the line art or colored piece and give you the product. You can not cancel the commission if I am nearly finished with the piece.- I will not give you a refund if you're unhappy with the finished product but I will oblige to doing small edits if requested. If it surpasses thrice of editing, I will no longer accept the request of doing so. (Missing a marking or design on the character is the fault of the artist so I wouldn't mind editing that since it is needed.)- I will only return payments if there is an emergency and the money is urgently needed by the client/commissioner. Though, mind you that I will not give you the unfinished product.
Rights of the Artist
- I can decline and cancel a commission.- I can recycle/reuse a rejected or canceled artwork.- I will only draw in my own accord of style.- I may charge extra depending on the complexity of the commission.- I will only work when I have the time to do so.- I am allowed to post your commission(s) in my gallery and use it as examples for commission purposes but if you don't want yours to be posted, do let me know.
Rights of the Client
You are allowed to do whatever you want with your commission, as long as it
does not fall under the restrictions and implies to non-profit intentions.
